Who we are
FractionalTrainer was created for people responsible for training who were never trained to design it. We call these people ACCIDENTAL TRAINERS.
Most workplace training focuses on information. Accidental trainers, through no fault of their own, often do the same. We specialize at turning accidental trainers into FractionalTrainer by teaching them to build training focused on changing behavior.
Nic Reynolds is the creator of FractionalTrainer and owner of Standing Stone Consulting LLC.
